OPEN AIR COURT. NEED GAZEBO. COURT SIZE: 3m x 4m Mall Exhibition weeks are from a Tuesday morning – Monday evening. (7 Days) Weekly bookings will get preference. Weekend and Daily bookings will only be confirmed on the Wednesday prior to the requested dates. EXHIBITION RULES: • Setups will be done after or before mall trading hours. • New exhibitors might set up on a Monday evening and will, therefore, vacate the court after trading hours on the last day of the Exhibition. • Stands must be ready to trade every morning when the Mall opens. • Displays must be manned during Mall Trading Hours. • The Maximum Height Restriction is 1.2m (unless approved otherwise). • The stand (including the exhibition flooring) must be clean and neat at all times. • No eating or drinking is allowed on stands. • No “HARASSMENT” of Shoppers is allowed. • A maximum of two promoters are allowed on the court (unless approved otherwise). • All Stands must have one or two professionally designed and printed branding (within the height and width restrictions). • No hand-written signs are allowed. • Tables (if approved) must be covered neatly with tidy and clean tablecloths that reach floor level and cover the whole table. • No camping, plastic, or garden furniture is to be used to sit on. • Only DUCT tape is allowed to secure electric cables if needed. No box tape allowed. • All exhibitors are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance in place to the minimum value of One Million Rand. You can get Public Liability Insurance cover from OUTsurance at a reasonable price.
